Nadia Aguilar

Throughout the years I have taught private voice lessons at different institutions, from The Hartt Community Division to upper education institutions, such as The University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, CT. 

Currently, I serve as the professor of the Opera Studio class at the University of Connecticut where students prepare their songs and arias for the professional audition setting. I also teach applied voice lessons at the same university. 

Recently I was given the opportunity to teach the English Diction & IPA class at The Hartt School, the school where I earned my BM and hold very close to my heart.

The time I spend with each student is gold for my own learning. The more I teach, the more I learn about myself and my students.
